Caution verdict

Play with caution. The casino is licensed, but some verified areas are weak. Our score reflects licences, payouts and T&C fairness, so it can differ from player-review sites like Trustpilot.

Mixed terms

Betine is operated by Feel So Good B.V. under a Curacao license. The terms feature detailed rules for traditional games like Okey and Backgammon, alongside sports betting and casino games. Notably, withdrawal limits are strictly tied to the player's deposit amounts and VIP levels.

What we like

No upper win limit for non-bonus investments (subject to deposit-based withdrawal caps).

Players are notified before any changes to the Terms and Conditions that limit their rights take effect.

Dormant accounts (900 days of inactivity) are closed, and any remaining balance is refunded or transferred to the regulator rather than being seized as fees.

Withdrawals can be requested 24/7.

What we don't like

Withdrawal limits on non-bonus investments are capped based on the deposit amount (e.g., deposits between 1-1,000 TL are capped at a maximum withdrawal of 100,000 TL).

The maximum amount that can be withdrawn after the last investment is 100,000 TL under sports betting rules.

Winnings from cashback promotions are capped at 20 times the bonus amount.

Winnings from special campaign promotions are capped at 70,000 TL, and Freespins winnings are capped at 100,000 TL.

A 1x deposit turnover is required for casino, slots, and poker, and sports bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.30 before withdrawing.
