Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and acceptance

1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Conly website, its localised versions, dashboards and data exports (together, the "Service"). "Conly", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the Service.

1.2. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our [Privacy Policy] and [Cookie Policy]. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.3. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to both you and that organisation.

1.4. Definitions used in these Terms:

• User means any natural or legal person who accesses the Service, with or without an account.
• Data means the structured information about gambling operators, brands, licences, payment methods, game providers, bonuses, ratings and related entities made available through the Service.
• Conly Score means Conly's proprietary composite rating of a casino brand, described in Section 4.
• User Content means any text, review, correction, file or other material that a User submits to the Service.
• Operator means a gambling operator, casino brand or its authorised representative listed in the Service.

2. Nature of the Service and eligibility

2.1. Conly is an independent iGaming intelligence and market data platform, not a gambling operator. It does not accept wagers, hold player funds, offer games of chance or process payments to or from gambling operators.

2.2. All Data, ratings, descriptions and other content in the Service are provided for general information and business research purposes only. Nothing in the Service is legal, regulatory, financial, tax or investment advice, and nothing is an invitation or inducement to gamble.

2.3. You must be at least 18 years old, or older where the law of your jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age for gambling-related content, and have full legal capacity to use the Service.

2.4. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling, and access to gambling-related information, is lawful in your jurisdiction. A listing of an Operator in the Service does not mean that the Operator is licensed, available or lawful in your country.

2.5. To comply with local laws, Conly may restrict or adapt access to the whole Service, or to specific pages, Operators, offers or content, for Users in certain countries or territories. This may include showing an availability notice instead of Operator content. You must not use a VPN, proxy or other means to bypass such restrictions.

3. Accounts

3.1. Some features require an account. You must give accurate and current information, keep your credentials confidential and use a strong, unique password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@conly.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.2. Each account is for one named person. Credentials and seats may not be shared, resold or transferred. One person may hold only one account.

3.3. The Service is provided free of charge. If Conly introduces paid features in the future, we will publish their terms separately, and those terms will apply only to Users who accept them.

3.4. Conly may set reasonable usage limits. We may throttle or suspend usage that exceeds those limits or endangers the stability of the Service.

3.5. We may change, add or remove features of the Service, or discontinue the Service, at any time.

4. Data, methodology and accuracy

4.1. We compile the Data from public regulator registers, Operator websites and terms, third-party sources, automated collection and editorial review. The gambling market changes constantly, and Operators can change their terms, licences, payment methods and offers without notice. We do not guarantee that any Data is complete, accurate or current at the time you view it.

4.2. A licence marked as verified matched the public register of the issuing authority at the time of our last check. A licence shown as held at group level, or as stated by the Operator, has not been confirmed for that specific brand. Verification status can change between checks.

4.3. The Conly Score and other ratings are opinions calculated with the methodology published at [methodology URL]. They are based on the Data available at the time of calculation and may change without notice. A rating is not a certification, endorsement or guarantee of an Operator's solvency, fairness or conduct.

4.4. Some descriptions, summaries and translations in the Service are produced with the help of automated systems, including artificial intelligence, and checked against our editorial rules. Such content may contain errors and should be checked against the Operator's own terms before you rely on it.

4.5. Third-party ratings and review counts shown in the Service belong to their respective sources and are displayed for reference only.

4.6. If you find inaccurate Data, report it to info@conly.com or through the correction form in the Service. We review reports in good faith but are not obliged to make any particular change.

4.7. You must not rely on the Data as the sole basis for any regulatory, compliance, legal, financial or gambling decision. Always confirm material facts with the relevant regulator or Operator.

5. Independence and commercial relationships

5.1. Conly is not owned or controlled by any gambling operator.

5.2. Conly may earn revenue from advertising and affiliate commissions. Some links to Operators are tracked links, and Conly may be paid when a User registers or plays with that Operator.

5.3. Commercial relationships do not change the Conly Score, licence verification status or any other Data. We label paid placements and sponsored content in the Service.

5.4. Operators cannot pay to remove accurate negative Data, red flags or ratings.

6. Licence to use the Service and prohibited uses

6.1. Subject to these Terms, Conly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service and use the Data for your own internal research and business purposes.

6.2. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you must not:

• scrape, crawl, mine, harvest or otherwise extract Data or content by automated means;
• copy, reproduce, republish, mirror or frame the Service, or create a database, product or service that competes with or substitutes for the Service;
• resell, sublicense, redistribute or share Data or exports with third parties;
• use the Data or content to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine learning or AI models;
• bypass rate limits, access controls, geo-restrictions or security measures, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities;
• create multiple accounts or use false information to obtain access;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including to promote gambling to minors or to persons in jurisdictions where it is prohibited;
• interfere with the Service, including by artificial traffic, request floods or manipulation of user signals.

6.3. You may quote short extracts of public content with attribution to Conly and a working link to the source page. Any other reuse requires our prior written consent.

6.4. The Service, its software, design, database structure, Data compilation, Conly Score methodology, texts and the Conly name and logo are owned by Conly or its licensors and are protected by copyright, database rights, trademark and other laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

6.5. Operator, game provider and payment provider names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Conly uses them only to identify the products and services they refer to. Such use does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

7. User Content and Operator representatives

7.1. You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant Conly a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, translate, publish and include your User Content in the Service and the Data.

7.2. You must not submit User Content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, promotional spam, or that discloses personal data of another person without consent.

7.3. Reviews and ratings must reflect your own genuine experience. You may review each Operator once. You must not review an Operator with which you have a personal or professional relationship, or after receiving a bonus or other incentive for the review.

7.4. User Content reflects the opinion of its author, not of Conly. We do not pre-screen all User Content, but we may edit, refuse or remove any User Content, and suspend the related account, at our discretion.

7.5. An Operator may request verified representative status by writing to info@conly.com from an official company email address. A verified representative may submit corrections to its own Data with supporting evidence and may publish one reply to each review of its brand. Representatives must disclose their affiliation and must not post promotional content outside the areas we designate.

7.6. We accept corrections only with verifiable evidence, such as a regulator register entry or the Operator's published terms. We will not remove accurate Data, ratings or red flags at an Operator's request.

7.7. We may disclose a User's identity or related information to competent authorities where the law requires it or in connection with a formal legal claim.

8. Third-party sites, disclaimers and liability

8.1. The Service contains links to Operator and other third-party websites. Conly does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms, conduct or payouts. Read the terms of any third-party website before you register, deposit or play. Any dispute with an Operator is solely between you and that Operator.

8.2. The Service and the Data are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or gambling funds, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on the Data.

8.4. The Service is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conly's total liability arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to EUR 10.

8.5. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

8.6. You agree to indemnify Conly, its officers, employees and partners against any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Data.

9. Termination, changes and final provisions

9.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time. Sections 4, 6.4, 6.5, 7.1, 8 and 9 survive termination.

9.2. We may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date are always published in the Service. We will notify account holders of material changes by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

9.3. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.

9.4. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours to an affiliate or successor.

9.5. These Terms may be translated into other languages. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.
