Mixed terms

Dicey is an online crypto casino and sportsbook operated by Click Gaming SRL under an Anjouan license. The platform operates exclusively using digital assets, requiring players to manage their own network transaction fees and wallet security.

What we like

Provides responsible gaming tools including self-exclusion and cooling-off periods.

Clearly lists the required documents for identity verification, including photo ID, proof of address, and verification calls.

Names the BVI International Arbitration Centre (BVI IAC) as an independent body to resolve disputes through binding arbitration.

What we don't like

Players are solely responsible for all blockchain network transaction fees (gas fees) associated with deposits and withdrawals.

The platform does not guarantee the recovery of funds sent to incorrect addresses or over unsupported blockchain networks.

The maximum aggregate liability of the operator to any player is capped at the lower of the wagers placed or 500 EUR.

Disputes regarding sports bet settlements must be lodged within a very short window of three days from the event decision.
