Strict terms

DundeeSlots is an online casino operated by Novatrix SRL under a Tobique Gaming Commission license. It supports both fiat and cryptocurrencies, but features restrictive terms regarding account verification, high deposit turnover requirements, and potential balance forfeiture.

What we like

Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and are exempt from weekly and monthly withdrawal limits.

Offers a named independent ADR body (EGIS) for dispute resolution.

Supports a wide range of both fiat and popular cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOG).

Reasonable withdrawal limits of €5,000 weekly and €15,000 monthly.

What we don't like

Deposits must be wagered 3x before a withdrawal is permitted, which is higher than the industry standard of 1x.

Withdrawal processing can take up to 72 hours.

If the casino cannot reach the player by phone or email within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal is canceled.

Intermediary bank transfer fees of up to €16 may apply to withdrawals.

Any claim or cause of action must be filed within 1 year, otherwise it is deemed waived and barred.
