Strict terms

Lake Palace Casino is operated under TD Investments Ltd and licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. The terms feature high wagering requirements of 60x on bonuses, sticky match bonuses, and strict withdrawal rules including a 14-day KYC submission deadline.

What we like

Winnings from deposit match bonuses of 100% or lower have no maximum cashout limit.

Reasonable maximum bet limit of $5 (or equivalent) while playing with a bonus.

Clear 14-day (336 hours) timeline specified for submitting verification documents.

Complaints can be escalated to an independent body, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.

What we don't like

High wagering requirement of 60x applies to both deposit match and no-deposit bonuses.

Match bonuses are sticky (non-redeemable) and deducted from withdrawals.

High minimum withdrawal limit of $100 per transaction.

Withdrawal fees of up to $30 apply depending on the payment method (e.g., $20 for Wire Transfer).

Inactive accounts (12 months of no deposit) forfeit their entire cash and bonus balances.
