Mixed terms

OhMyZino is operated by Famagousta B.V. under a Curaao license. The terms outline a ‐5 maximum bet with active bonuses, a 35x wagering requirement on free spins, and various bonus win caps based on deposit percentages.

What we like

The maximum bet allowed while playing with a bonus is a reasonable ‐5.

Free spins winnings carry a fair wagering requirement of 35x.

Multiple responsible gaming tools are available, including self-exclusion, time-out, and financial limits.

The Curaao Gaming Control Board is named as an independent dispute resolution body.

Bonus expiration is set to a clear 7 days (or 10 days for deposit bonuses).

What we don't like

Winnings from no-deposit free spins and free bets are capped at a low limit of ‐25.

A minimum deposit and a 3x wagering requirement on that deposit are required to withdraw winnings from no-deposit offers.

The casino reserves the right to charge administrative fees for processing withdrawals.

Live casino games do not contribute to casino bonus wagering, and a long list of slots is excluded from bonus play.

Deposits are not held in segregated bank accounts and do not accrue interest.
