Mixed terms

ZenCasino offers a variety of gaming options under an Anjouan license, but imposes strict withdrawal limits and a 3x deposit turnover requirement to avoid a 10% to 20% fee. Winnings from deposit bonuses are capped at €1,000, and the operator reserves the right to amend terms at any time without prior notice.

What we like

Low wagering requirement of 25x (deposit + bonus) is applied to bonuses.

Multiple responsible gaming tools are available, including account blocks, deposit limits, and loss limits.

Clear list of required verification documents is provided in the terms.

What we don't like

A high deposit turnover requirement of 3x is enforced; failing to meet this results in a 10% withdrawal fee (20% for card deposits).

Withdrawal limits are relatively low for new players, capped at €2,000 per day, €10,000 per week, and €20,000 per month.

The bonus is sticky, meaning the bonus balance is lost upon requesting a withdrawal.

The casino can take up to 7 to 14 working days to investigate and process withdrawals for wins of €10,000 or more.
